How It Works
From your first call to feedback, here’s what to expect. I’ll guide you every step of the way.
Free 30-minute call
Fill out the contact form or call (617) 590-2696. I’ll reply within two business days to set up a free call. We’ll talk about your concerns and whether an evaluation is the right fit.
FreeIntake forms and parent meeting
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send intake forms and we’ll meet to go over your child’s history, your questions, and what you’re hoping to learn.
School observation
I’ll visit your child’s school to see how they learn and interact in the classroom. With your permission, I’ll also gather input from teachers and other providers.
Testing
Testing takes place in person at my North Andover office and usually takes 3 to 8 hours, split into half or full days. Plan for a good night’s sleep, comfortable clothes, and water and a snack. If your child has anxiety or trouble with transitions, we’ll make a plan together beforehand.
Written report
You’ll receive a thorough report with a clear diagnosis where one fits and specific recommendations for home and potentially for an IEP or 504 Plan.
Feedback meeting
We’ll meet (in person or virtually) to walk through the results, answer your questions, and talk about next steps with your child’s school.
